Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Item
Carefully place the jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Studio
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
