How do I determine my correct ring size?
We highly recommend visiting a local jeweler to be sized professionally or ordering our physical ring sizing kit. Because our rings are handcrafted with unique materials, many cannot be resized after they are made.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard production time for our handcrafted rings is approximately 4 to 8 weeks. Ready-to-ship items typically process within 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected delivery method.
Do you offer custom design services?
Yes, we specialize in custom designs. You can work with our designers to select specific woods, metals, and stones to create a completely unique piece that tells your personal story.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Since most of our pieces are made-to-order, we offer a 30-day return policy subject to a restocking fee. Custom-designed rings and 'final sale' items are generally non-refundable.
Are your materials ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We take pride in using ethically sourced gemstones, reclaimed woods, and recycled precious metals to ensure our jewelry is as sustainable as it is beautiful.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, we provide a limited lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, neglect, or loss of the center stone.
